Deliverance Christian Fellowship conducts a Food Pantry under the purview of its Deliverance Holistic Care Program, the Community Development arm of the ministry. Deliverance Holistic Care Program partners with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey in its fight against hunger, and improving the quality of life of the Essex County residents. More than 350 residents are fed each month through the Food Pantry, servicing moderate and low-income individuals and families. The program follows the Biblical concept of showing love to our fellowmen, while at the same time fulfilling the words of Jesus, “For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink” (Matthew 25:35 NLT).
